Useful tool that needs improvements

I have been using this tool for almost 3 plus years and has been useful to me. Many articles can be saved in reading format but so many times the images and videos in original article missed out and only article text is saved which defeats the reading experience. And this tool also has limitations in using labels (like email folders), as it doesn't allow more than 25 characters in labels forcing us to create multiple labels. So I have ended up creating 50 or more labels and has become cumbersome. I had written emails to help desk on above issues but no use so far.

Third class

I used to love pocket. I use pocket paid plan to save all my research articles. I love their highlighting and font size (although I can't change the highlight colour). The articles saved on pocket looks exactly as the original article but the fonts are big and changeable, which is why I used to prefer it over Instapaper. But I'm having issues with pocket now. It has too many bugs. Some of the articles don't get saved on pocket, for example. Support agrees everytime but they never fix any bugs. If you look at their what's new page then you'll see that in the last 6 months there has been no bug fixes. Their support response time is also not good. I just don't like having so many bugs on a stable version of a tool, especially if I'm on a paid plan. Also, pocket doesn't have notes feature. So I can only highlight but cannot take notes. PS I just noticed that when i went to cancel my subscription it says that it will immediately cancel my subscription instead of cancelling it at the end of this month's billing cycle. Mozilla is such a leftist propagandist company. They moan about being a non-profit and yet be the most aggressive for-profit company I've ever seen.

Developer Response ,

Hello! I'm really sorry about the bugs you've experienced in Pocket and how sadly we don't have any updates to share about a fix at the moment. Regarding cancelling Premium, we expect that a subscription will be cancelled at the end of your billing period. If you have any issues with this, feel free to contact premium@getpocket.com so we can help you out.
